Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for a privately held firm overseeing a diverse portfolio of 11 companies. This high-level role requires a sharp, strategic leader capable of managing complex, multi-entity financials while driving innovation and structure within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, and loan covenant compliance Direct all accounting functions, including AP/AR, billing, and internal controls Manage and mentor a 20‑person finance team across multiple entities Lead insurance strategy, renewals, and claims handling across the portfolio Provide oversight and guidance on HR‑related financial issues Coordinate legal and financial matters related to active or pending litigation Ensure all regulatory, tax, and financial compliance requirements are met Regularly travel between Lake Charles, Lafayette, and New Orleans Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Proven experience in a multi‑entity corporate finance leadership role Strong knowledge of financial compliance, risk management, and FP&A Global financial exposure or experience preferred Innovative thinker with a structured, process‑driven approach Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and streamline operations Excellent communication and strategic planning skills Must be able to travel weekly between Louisiana office locations Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods Frequent travel via car between office locations Equal Opportunity Statement
