By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**Strategy Execution Manager**Territory Strategy Planning:*** Deliver the transformation/change agenda towards One Globe execution via the territory leadership teams* Ensure that the territory strategic objectives and initiatives are aligned with the overall Globe corporate strategy**Territory Strategy Execution:*** Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver on territory shared goals* Provide project management support to critical projects, and drive process improvements in collaboration with the Head Office to supplement territory execution efforts.* Accelerate support for the territory leadership teams in addressing execution gaps and roadblocks in partnership with the Group Heads* Do regular onground insighting via territory immersions, customer FGDs, partner kumustahans to capture realities and opportunities to improve strategy execution**Territory Strategy Measurement:*** Proactively monitor territory progress against Shared KPIs and identify key performance drivers* Enable the territories with clear plans, structures, scorecards, dashboards and other tools to effectively deliver territory priorities.**Territory Strategy Engagement:*** Make sure that relevant corporate directives are clearly cascaded down the line* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation•
