Position Overview As a BCBA, you will be empowered to practice independently and ethically while delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy. You’ll play a key role in clinical oversight, staff development, and family collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and clinical staff Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making Adjust treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA care
