Our client is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include: Prepare and maintain weekly payroll. Oversee system management and ensure data is synchronized. Ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure 401(K) elections are updated. Maintain accurate leave pay.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of payroll experience is required. Proficiency with Sage 300 and ADP Workforce Now. Strong understanding of certified payroll reporting and union payroll. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities. xsgimln Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
