We are hiring a Payroll & Benefits Analyst to manage payroll and benefits from start to finish.

This role handles payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and employee support while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What You’ll Do Process payroll accurately and on time for 300+ EE, including taxes, deductions, and garnishmentsMaintain payroll records, reconciliations, and general ledger reportingPrepare and file payroll tax reports and required filingsAnswer employee questions related to pay, timekeeping, and tax formsAdminister benefits including medical, 401(k), enrollments, changes, and terminationsSupport annual benefits renewal and open enrollmentReconcile benefit invoices and payroll-related accountsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll lawsSupport audits and year-end reportingMaintain employee data and payroll systems
What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of payroll and benefits experienceStrong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and reconciliationsExperience with ADP Workforce (NetSuite a plus)Solid Excel skills (vlookup/pivot functions)Detail-oriented with high confidentiality and professionalismStrong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or HRCPP certification is highly preferred
