Position Overview The position is responsible for leading a team and promoting quality service. The position is tasked with covering other positions as needed, performing specialty area work and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties
Perform basic cleaning, sanitization and trash collection in and around residence halls and university buildings
Ensure that assigned areas remain organized
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies mają to
Notify occupants of cleaning and floor maintenance schedules
Maintain clean and clear walkways, ensuring they are free of debris, litter, snow and ice
Respond to emergencies and assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service
Communicate equipment/supplies problems and necessary building repairs to supervisors
Ensure that all assigned rooms and buildings are opened and locked as scheduled
One year performing custodial duties, including working with industrial cleaning chemicals and heavy-duty cleaning equipment

Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet representação requirements for driving university-owned vehicles
Be at leastҡы 18 years of age
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience training, supervising or directing the work of others
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Climb ladders, bend and stoop
Lift, carry or otherwise move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Stand and walk continuously throughout the workday
Work in inclement weather conditions
