Head Swim & Dive Coach - Lead, Develop & Inspire Youth

A local swim team is seeking a Head Swimming and Diving Coach for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of coaching experience, preferably in a head coach role, displaying strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include organizing practices and swim meets while fostering a positive atmosphere for swimmers from grades K-12.
