South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint reliable, confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our Trust at
Spalding Academy . Working to support the school’s cover requirements, the successful candidate will: Be confident, positive, motivated and driven to deliver lessons to our young people; Be quick thinking, flexible, adaptable and proactive; Be able to deliver pre planned lessons, in a professional and inspiring manner, across multiple subjects to students; Be able to confidently implement behaviour management strategies and maintain high standards with confidence; Ability to inspire and motivate our young people; Good numeracy and literacy skills; Confident to use a computer as part of the role; Experience within education is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided. The Trust offers exceptionally pleasant working environments. Our school sites offer a calm and safe place, where staff and students work hard, achieve a great deal and enjoy excellent working relationships.
