GLEA Grade 3 – GLEA Grade 4 £21,748 to £24,444 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) 37 hours a week, 40 weeks per annum

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint friendly, organised and motivated SEN Administrators to join the team at

Spalding Academy

and

Bourne Academy .

As part of our examination and administration team, the successful candidate will:

Provide comprehensive support managing SEN records, EHCP documentation and confidential files;

Be a confident, motivated and highly organised individual;

Have excellent time management skills, able to manage and meet multiple deadlines;

Have a high level of attention to detail;

Be a confident communicator via telephone, email and face to face;

Be confident when using computer programmes such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Word and Excel;

Be a team player, flexible, adaptable and proactive;

Good numeracy and literacy skills;

Previous experience within SEN and/or administration is desirable, but not essential.
