(depending on qualifications and experience) 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Year Lead to join the Pastoral Team at
Spalding Academy . As a Pastoral Year Lead, you will be an integral part of the Pastoral Team. This is a highly valued and responsible position requiring a team player who is self‑motivated and willing to respond enthusiastically in an organisation that has high expectations of all colleagues and students. The suitable candidate will: Be self‑motivated, quick thinking and highly organised; Provide pastoral support to the varying needs of our students; Have a passion for supporting our young people to achieve their full potential; Be able to build positive and supportive relationships with our students and the wider school community; Possess effective time‑management skills in order to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail; Be an effective and confident communicator via different means such as telephone and email; Be competent with IT; Experience in pastoral/behavioural role would be desirable; The Trust offers exceptionally pleasant working environments.
