Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a

Shop Hand

for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing industrial services operation. This position is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are reliable, willing to perform physical labor, and interested in learning skilled shop and oilfield-related equipment work. The Shop Hand will begin with basic shop duties and, as performance and work ethic are demonstrated, will be trained on more complex tasks and equipment. Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Essential Duties:

Perform wash rack duties, including cleaning and preparing equipment Buffing, grinding, and basic surface preparation of tools and components Assist with loading and unloading jobs and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Support shop personnel with general labor tasks Learn and assist with equipment related to sand control systems, packers, wireline products, workover/completion systems, bridge plugs, cementing tools, and related oilfield equipment as training progresses Requirements/Skills:

Willingness to perform physical, hands-on labor in a shop environment Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Desire to learn new skills and take on increased responsibility over time Prior shop, oilfield, or industrial labor experience is a plus but not required Must be able to work a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required Must be able to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery Steel-toe boots required (hard hat and safety glasses provided if needed) Equal Opportunity Statement:
