About Our Agency Our agency first opened its doors in 1983 and has grown into one of the largest agencies in San Diego, California. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an underwriting supervisor, which gave me a strong foundation in policy management and customer service.
I’m a proud San Diego State University graduate, and family means everything to me — I have three kids, and two of them are also State Farm agents. Our office is well-established and known throughout the community; over the years, we’ve been deeply involved in local schools, churches, and neighborhood events.

Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
