Electrical Engineer
Kenner, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking two Electrical Engineers to support the launch of an innovative new product line. These are direct hire opportunities with a well‑established, technology‑driven organization offering strong compensation and career growth.
Essential Duties
Design, develop, and test embedded firmware and electronic systems
Work with C programming to build and optimize device software
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate firmware into products
Assist in product launches and support engineering documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software integration issues
Contribute to continuous improvement and new feature development
Requirements / Skills
C programming – required
Embedded firmware development – required
Embedded Linux – preferred
Visual Studio programming – preferred
HMI design – preferred
PLC programming – preferred
0–1 year of experience: $70–$72K
2–3 years of experience: $80–$85K
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Manual dexterity for working with hardware/electronics
Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required
