**Description:** You will be the Administrative Assistant Specialist for the Vice President of Air Dominance team\. Our team is responsible for delivering seamless executive support and ensuring optimal office operations\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Administrative Assistant Specialist you will be responsible for providing high‑impact administrative support to senior leadership while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment\. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create, edit, and format presentations, documents, memos, and reports\.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and reconcile expense reports\.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, VIP visits, and special events\.
- Manage internal and external correspondence and maintain filing systems\.
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies and equipment\.
- -Must be willing to work on\-site full\-time at our Sand Lake Road facility in Orlando, FL
- -Prior experience supporting senior\-level management or above
- -Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- -Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- -Prior experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation, to include making/changing international travel, meeting arrangements, and expense reports
- -Ability to set up rooms for meetings using a variety of technology and planning needs of meeting
- -Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- -Attention to detail
- -Ability to maintain confidentiality
- -Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to deal with executive level contacts both within and outside of Lockheed Martin\.
- -Experience managing office supply procurement

- -Must be a U\.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
