We specialize in defending clients in complex civil litigation, including construction defects, personal injury, insurance coverage, and general liability matters. Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload, including case strategy, client communication, and court appearances.
* Draft and argue persuasive motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
* Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
* Perform legal research and prepare comprehensive legal opinions.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy.
* Maintain compliance with firm, client, and insurance carrier billing and reporting requirements.
* Engage with federal, state, and county jurisdictions as needed.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing.
* 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction defects, products liability, insurance coverage, or general liability.
* Familiarity with court systems and legal software (e.g., iManage, Outlook, Time Matters, Serengeti Tracker).
* Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining attorney-client confidentiality.
* Data/analysis experience is a plus.
* Bilingual or multi-jurisdictional licensure is a bonus.
