Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and strategize on case progression, providing expert recommendations to clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to ensure smooth case management.
* Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda to support case strategies.
* Prepare for and attend depositions, court hearings, and mediation sessions.
* Provide top-tier legal service to clients and ensure timely updates on case status.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
* 2-10 years of experience in civil litigation; experience in insurance defense or construction law is a plus.
* Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
* Proven ability to handle depositions, motions, and court hearings.
