Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation and trial processes, with a strong background in insurance defense. This role involves representing clients in court, managing cases from inception to trial, and providing strategic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

* Represent clients in court during trials and hearings

* Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies

* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

* Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop case strategies

* Manage all phases of litigation from pre-trial through trial

* Provide expert legal advice on insurance defense matters

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

* Active bar license in the relevant state

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense

* Strong understanding of trial procedures and litigation strategies
