Job Description
* Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on municipal and K-12 projects
* Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost controls
* Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal officials
* Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
* Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements, safety standards, and quality control programs
* Track project progress and provide regular reporting to executive leadership

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
* Proven background delivering municipal and/or K-12 construction projects
* Strong knowledge of public-sector construction processes, documentation, and regulations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an active, occupied, or public environment
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
