Job Description
* Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project specifications.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures on-site.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
* Address and resolve any project-related challenges or issues efficiently.
* Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
* Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant
* Minimum of 5 years managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $30M and schedules for large-scale projects.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What's on Offer
Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary based on project success metrics.
