Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the greater Columbus area. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in civil litigation cases.
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
* Prepare for and attend trials.
* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio.
* Proven experience in civil litigation (Family Litigation Strongly preferred).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
