Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $36.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support three executives, primarily the SVP of Development, with calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate deal closings, notarize documents, and manage e-signature workflows.
* Oversee the SVP's inbox, route communications, and follow up on pending approvals.
* Organize client meetings, prepare materials, and assist with planning for a major conference in October.
* Provide general administrative support, including expense reports, meeting minutes, and backup support for the EA team.
Requirements:
* Hold a valid Notary Public commission in the State of California.
* Demonstrate experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, ideally in finance, private equity, or real estate.
* Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, including light Excel work.
* Navigate project management tools such as Asana to track tasks and deadlines.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Exhibit strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and excellent follow-up.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Prefer experience with Dealpath software and familiarity with deal transaction processes.
