Project Manager - Construction, Roofing, Project Management

We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Commercial Roofing Division . In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects-from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You'll be the central hub connecting clients, field teams, and internal departments, ensuring every project runs smoothly, profitably, and safely.

What You'll Do

* Own your projects from kickoff to closeout

* Collaborate with Superintendents to develop execution plans and schedules

* Manage contracts and ensure alignment with estimates

* Prepare project documentation and submittals

* Perform material takeoffs and coordinate procurement

* Lead client communications, RFIs, and jobsite meetings

* Track change orders and negotiate with clients

* Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts to hit profit targets

* Champion quality, safety, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

* Degree in Construction Management or 3+ years of relevant experience

* Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to read blueprints and think strategically

* Negotiation savvy and a customer-first mindset

* Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented
