Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction defect law, business law, and insurance defense. The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality legal representation and counsel to our clients in various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on legal issues related to construction defects, business transactions, and insurance claims.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
* Discovery and pre-trial litigation, including conference letters, motions to compel, and various hearings (e.g.: Motions to Compel, Summary Judgment, etc.).
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting clients' interests.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction defect law, business law, and insurance defense.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
