Base salary: $130,000 to $170,000 DOE (based on a 5 by 10 hr work schedule) + Per Diem + Company Vehicle

* Power Line Access Road Construction
* Road Building & Environmental Matting
* Pipeline ROW Clearing & Pipeline Services
* Erosion Control & BMP Installation
* Restoration Services after transmission or pipeline work
* Civil support for solar projects
About the Role:
* Direct schedule, budget, safety, subcontractors, and client communication
* Oversee quality, environmental compliance, and restoration standards
* Lead field teams across diverse, remote terrain
What you bring
* 5+ years managing civil, utility, pipeline, or transmission access projects
* Willingness to travel multi state for extended durations
* Strong cost control, scheduling, and field coordination
* Steady leadership in fast moving field environments
