Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various healthcare and commercial projects, including K-12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for healthcare and commercial projects.
* Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
* Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation efficiently.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare and commercial construction.
* Familiarity with federal and government project standards is a plus.
* OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
* Experience with project management software, Procore experience is a plus.
* Proven expertise in resource allocation and project scheduling.
* Experience with ground-up and interior fit-out construction projects.
