Job Description
* Oversee the full lifecycle of a ground-up tilt-up office building project, including pre-construction coordination, scheduling, budget control, and subcontractor management.
* Lead weekly OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective progress tracking.
* Maintain strict compliance with project specifications, government regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
* Collaborate closely with field teams, superintendents, design partners, and client stakeholders to proactively resolve issues and keep the project on schedule.
* Manage project documentation - RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and closeout materials.

The Successful Applicant
* 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up construction projects, with a strong focus on government and tilt-up buildings.
* Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance on multimillion-dollar projects.
* Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and keep teams aligned.
* Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
* Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a commitment to delivering quality work.
