Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL
Compensation: Base $100K-$150K + up to 25% hours bonus

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and litigation of cases in commercial, business, and construction law
* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and contracts
* Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as required
* Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
* Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations
* Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to practice in IL
* 2+ years of experience in commercial or construction litigation
* Strong understanding of commercial, business, and construction law
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
