Case Manager

to join our

Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Department . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing a high‑volume caseload while ensuring compliance with deadlines. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide exceptional customer service with compassion and empathy.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and updates.

Manage and organize a high‑volume caseload efficiently.

Ensure compliance with deadlines and firm protocols.

Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Maintain accurate case records using Litify case management software.

Understand insurance benefits and priority processes.

Draft and review correspondence and documentation.

Collaborate with team members and support the Managing Attorney.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Top Qualifications

Experience managing caseloads in a personal injury setting.

Strong client communication skills.

Proven ability to maintain compliance with deadlines.
