The Vice President of Emergency Services leads strategic planning and business development for the service line and identifies opportunities to drive differentiation and improve the overall quality and delivery of services provided. By developing and implementing strategic plans aligned to business objectives and engaging stakeholders as partners in the pursuit of excellence in patient care, the Vice President fosters a culture in which stakeholders are committed to the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
Qualifications
5+ years of recent (within the last year) Director of Acute Care Emergency Services/ Emergency Department experience; the candidate must have Director Emergency Services experience in either a Level 1 or 2 trauma center and have managed an ER with annual volumes of 80,000+.
Bachelor's Degree. Required.
Master's Degree or other approved education plan. Required.
BSN. Required.
Licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice or have an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. Required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
