The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions of which include recruitment and placement, employee relation, records management and administrative task.
Duties 1. Recruitment and placement of operations and field-based employees
Process and monitor all recruitment requests or requirements for office based employees in an effective, efficient and timely manner
Prepare and ensure accurate employment contracts
Maintain up-to-date recruitment report, talent database and all related staffing PRA communications
2. Record management
Maintain up-to-date files such asنامه but not limited to 201 files, training manuals and modules, vehicles and insurances.
3. Employee relations - Engagement
Assist on company-wide programs and activities to promote teamwork and camaraderie such as monthly town hall, team building, sports fest, year-end party and other special events (i.e. Valentine’s day, fathers’ day, mothers’ day, etc.)
4. Administrative tasks
Ensure that employees are provided with office uniforms, ID, etc.
Coordinate repair and maintenance to suppliers/contractors and building administrators
Monitor and maintain monthly supply, allocation and distribution of office supplies, medicines and company equipment
Handles telecommunication, office administration and machine/equipment concerns and water supply
Monitors company fixed assets and documentation of assignments
Maintain and monitor contract renewals such asände vehicle registrations and insurance of the company (if any)
Skills and Job Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology or equivalent
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications
Skills: team building, problem solving, basic counselling, negotiation
Effective verbal and listening communication skills raj
Fresh graduate is welcome
