Your role: create and implement workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support our expansion of that curriculum to campuses across the nation.

What You Will Be Doing
Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI‑supported materials that help early elementary students reach grade‑level reading proficiency
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student interactions within those systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Prepared to work on‑site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
