What You Will Be Doing
Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating individualized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks
Examining student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading standards
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
A minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Competent in evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
