What We Offer
Schedule: 7pm-7am, night shift, Full‑time (shift differential for 11:30pm‑7am)
Department: ICCU
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center – NH NHRMC
Sign‑on bonus available up to $2,500 for full‑time roles
What You'll Do It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
Provide compassionate care to patients with a wide range of acute medical needs within the ICCU.
Assist nursing staff with patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate to plan and implement patient care.
Support patients' activities of daily living, hygiene, and comfort.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Certified Nursing Assistant I or II credentials.
General Education Degree.
Experience preferred but not required; demonstrates ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion.
Ability to work night shift (7pm‑7am) and thrive in a supportive team environment.
