Responsibilities and Expectations Teach the Construction Planning and Scheduling course, a 3‑credit hour course that utilizes MS Project scheduling software. The course meets one evening per week in a 15‑week semester format. Applicants should provide a cover letter, resume or curriculum vitae, and unofficial transcripts.

Special assignments may include other duties as assigned and assisting the agency or state government during an emergency declaration by the governor.

Travel among Reynolds campuses and partner sites may be required. Operation of a state vehicle may be required. The position does not supervise employees.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in construction project administration with experience in scheduling using Gantt charts and software‑assisted CPM.

Ability to educate students in construction industry best practices in scheduling and planning.

Occupational experience in the field.

Experience with Learning Management Systems or other online course management tools (training provided).

College‑level teaching experience.

Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.

Capacity to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.
