We are seeking a motivated professional to provide direct patient care, integrating examination, diagnosis, and intervention to maximize functional outcomes. Documentation of treatments and progress is required in accordance with professional, departmental, and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist, you are responsible for direct patient care. Integrate elements of patient/client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions in a manner designed to maximize patient’s functional outcomes. Document treatments and patient progress according to professional, department policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Formulates a comprehensive treatment program based on the patient’s medical history, impairments, and functional status.
Prioritizes patient care needs.
Accurately assesses patient needs across the continuum of care and provides timely disposition, equipment, education, and treatment recommendations.
Completes all documentation per professional, organizational, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards.
Ensures all clinical and payer‑required documentation is concise, pertinent, legible, and compliant with organizational requirements.
What You Will Need
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree, or Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration.
Preferred: 1 year of physical therapy experience.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
