Action Behavior Centers is hiring Full‑Time Direct Support Professionals (Entry‑Level) in Fort Collins, CO. Immediate openings are available. The role involves one‑on‑one, play‑based ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and support a collaborative, mission‑driven team.
Pay
High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities
Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth
Job Requirements
Lift up to 30 lbs
Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
Get on and off the floor frequently
Maintain an active pace throughout the day
Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
Commitment to Action Behavior Centers’ core value of teamwork; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if needed
