Role Description This is a contract, on‑site position for a Bookkeeping Professional, located in Truckee, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, preparing and maintaining financial statements, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and efficiently handling company finances. Other responsibilities include working with accounting software to ensure accurate record‑keeping and assisting with financial planning and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements
Experience with accounting software and the ability to post and review journal entries
A solid foundation in finance principles and accounting practices
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Previous experience in a bookkeeping or similar financial role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus
