– Los Angeles, CA Join our multidisciplinary veterinary team at ACCESS San Fernando Valley, a leading multi‑specialty referral group in Southern California. We provide advanced neurology, cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery care for pets. This role focuses on neurological services within the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Responsibilities
Support veterinarians to ensure quality care, advocate for pets, and educate clients. Assist with hospital functions to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow. Assist in surgeries and procedures under state Veterinary Practice Act guidelines. Commun with clients about individualized pet health concerns and Thrive Membership options. Maintain comprehensive medical records and presentation systems. Obtain health histories and maintain charts. Use safe restraint techniques, follow protocols, and maintain clean, sterile treatment areas. Guide, mentor, and support team members. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of veterinary technician experience (ER/specialty preferred). Comfortable caring for dogs and cats or other animals requiring emergency or urgent care.
