We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting over 600 facilities across multiple states. Currently, we have an immediate part-time opening in Battle Creek, MI for a Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) with an interest in geriatric behavioral health.
The role involves providing direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments (individual, group, family) for nursing home residents. Clinicians typically see 10-15 patients daily, with flexibility to adjust based on workload and work-life balance. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to Medicare guidelines are essential.

Requirements include an LMSW license, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology.
