Campers Inn RV, the nation’s largest family‑operated RV dealership, is hiring an RV Technician. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and demonstrating recreational vehicles as part of a purpose‑driven team that values integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, interior carpentry, exterior systems, and other vehicle components to ensure proper operating condition.
Perform routine maintenance on RVs.
Test drive vehicles to diagnose issues and confirm repairs.
Demonstrate vehicle use, features, and basic maintenance to customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
A minimum of one year of RV service experience is preferred.
Safety‑sensitive position requiring the ability to:
Communicate effectively.
Read, analyze, and interpret safety manuals and technical documents.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Wear protective clothing and use PPE as required by OSHA regulations.
Tow RVs of various sizes.
Organize physical tasks involving lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending.
Stand for extended periods and reach above shoulders, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
