Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Our client, an insurance firm, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Associate to join their growing People & Culture team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work across multiple facets of HR, with a heavy focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a broad HR generalist background, strong relationship management skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
4+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with heavy focus on recruiting.
Experience in financial or professional services environments.
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
The base salary for this position is $100k-$110k per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
