Overview Our client is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic, high‑performance organization known for its collaborative culture and global reach. The ideal candidate brings experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, and candidate experience, and thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. The role will focus on supporting recruiters and HR business partners with interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and campus recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
1+ years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience, required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Workday experience, preferred.
The salary for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
