Role Description Full‑time hybrid Human Resources Coordinator based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The coordinator will handle HR management tasks, assist with benefits administration, foster employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing employee records, answering HR‑related inquiries, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting in implementing HR initiatives and procedures.
Qualifications
Proficiency in HR management and Human Resources practices
Experience with benefits administration and familiarity with related processes
Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
Knowledge and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in HR software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certification such as PHR or SHRM‑CP is a plus
