Talent Acquisition Specialist Perm hybrid- 1-2 days onsite, or remote if not local

Must Haves:
3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Ability to envision themselves in a leadership role within one year or a strong interest in pursuing leadership opportunities
Knowledge of building a manufacturing environment or experience hiring for production-related roles
Recruiting experience in battery, energy, gas/oil, aerospace manufacturing, or general manufacturing
Highly energetic and capable of effectively selling the opportunity to work with the company
Day-to-Day :
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, or other preferred websites and methods.
Interview candidates and assess their qualifications for open roles.
Use the internal ATS system to track candidates and maintain organized records.
Collaborate with leadership and managers to break down requisitions and anticipate hiring needs.
Create offers for candidates and submit them to the People Operations Manager for review.
