Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process across multiple sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies Liaise between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized feedback from interviewers Utilize the internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for requisition management and candidate communications What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5+ years of related human resources or talent acquisition experience Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, specifically for Finance, Accounting, IT, and Technical roles Experience using Workday Recruiting and knowledge of employment laws and best practices Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with collaboration abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries Proven ability to manage confidential and personal information Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
