Hall & Evans has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced litigation Paralegal with construction & design experience. Requirements for this position include an ABA Paralegal Certificate and a minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience. The desired candidate will have experience working with construction & design litigation matters, including complex cases that involve multiple parties, and are document-intensive. They will also have an understanding of engineering, construction,ամեն insurance terms. Knowledge of building codes and experience dealing with contractors, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, homeowner associations, and title companies is a plus.

Requirements

Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence;

Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and hemel discovery requests;

Prepare for client meetings, including document productions, depositions, hearings, and trials;

Prepare summaries of depositions, documents, and records;

Organize exhibits;

Maintain case management files;

Opportunity to assume a diverse and complex caseload;

The hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $93,400 annually.
