What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify and document business requirements for new and existing business application initiatives
Facilitate requirement gathering meetings and partner with business users as a liaison between business and technical teams
Drive delivery of requirements within an Agile/Scrum framework and manage a feature backlog
Create User Stories and documentation of system data flows and functionality
Act as Project Manager for small to medium-sized projects, managing scope, delivery plans, and stakeholder communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
5 years of Business Analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University
Must understand and follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and have practical experience in a Scrum environment
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements and impact analysis
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
Experience documenting detailed requirements, design documents, and workflows
Familiarity with multiple software development disciplines
Ability to verify the integrity of all application changes
Demonstrated leadership skills recognized by peers and throughout the organization
