Work with a single customer in the home improvement segment. Safety first: responsibly transport team members to and from inventory events, adhere to traffic laws, complete vehicle inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases. Team Requirements

At least 21 years of age. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is acceptable with training. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Preferred candidates: no degree needed, no experience or returning to workforce, military experience. Access to reliable transportation. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act. Driver Requirements

Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months. Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights. Job Duties

Pick up, drop off, and routinely drive rental and company‑owned vehicles. Pick up employees from designated meet sites on time. Transport additional employees in cases of short staffing. Safely and timely transport employees to and from inventory events, mapping efficient routes. Fulfill miscellaneous tasks and errands to meet customer and company demands. Proactively adjust the driving plan for safety and efficiency. Complete required vehicle inspections and cleanings per Safety and Fleet policies. Communicate safety concerns, vehicle issues, employee issues, policy violations, or customer concerns to District/Area Managers and Inventory Supervisors. Build rapport and engage professionally with all team members and coworkers. Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times. Schedule required vehicle maintenance and service appointments. Assist with safety checks at event start‑up, including ladder safety inspections. Occasionally assist in inventory counts at events. Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists repetitively, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting or kneeling, use ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car, occasionally by plane, with overnight stays.
