Overview
Retail Inventory Associate - Driver at WIS International. Starting wage: $17.00 - $22.50.
What You Will Do
Safety First – Transport team members to inventory events safely and in a timely manner; conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning; comply with traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
Count and record inventory with precision; follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, standing or walking for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals; participate in productivity-based wage increases in the future.
Represent WIS with core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe, inclusive environment.
Support the WE Count initiative and collaborate with the team on people, technology, and processes.
Team Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver and/or Warehouse roles preferred; training available.
No inventory experience? Training available.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Open to applications from candidates with no degree, those with no experience, or those returning to the workforce; military experience encouraged.
Access to reliable transportation.
Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks including consumer report, screening and MVR as per company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Working Conditions Standing for prolonged periods with periodic walking; repetitive hand/wrist motions; ability to squat, kneel, or crouch; occasional ladder use; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; travel by car, and occasional overnight stays.
