About the Role As a Clinical Therapist, you will:
Lead therapeutic milieu programs for adolescents.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
Deliver crisis intervention and participate in on‑call rotation.
Develop and review Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).
Coordinate with state agencies and ensure compliance with Alaska regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide at least 23 hours of rehabilitation services per client.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
Prefer 2 years’ experience with adolescents and program development.
Ability to work as part of a treatment team.
Alaska driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Background check clearance; First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
Knowledge of Alaska childcare and juvenile justice laws.
